1. What you agree to when you launch
When you launch a coin through PayDex, the coin is created on Pump.fun from a wallet generated for that launch. That wallet is the coin's creator, so Pump.fun creator fees for the coin are paid to the launch wallet and not to you. PayDex moves those fees to its fee vault and uses them as described below.
If you want to receive creator fees yourself, do not launch through PayDex.
2. What counts as a coin's fees
- Only Pump.fun creator fees collected for that coin count.
- A fee is added to the coin's total only after the transfer of that amount into the fee vault is finalized on Solana and matches the recorded collection.
- Your launch deposit, your initial buy and any refund are not fees. They are never counted toward 3 SOL and never taken as revenue.
3. The 3 SOL reservation
Each coin has its own ledger. When a coin's verified fees reach 3 SOL, exactly 3 SOL is reserved for that coin, one time, to fund a DexScreener Enhanced Token Info order for it.
- Fees are not pooled. One coin's fees are never used for another coin.
- A coin that has not reached 3 SOL has no reservation and no order.
- 3 SOL is the funding trigger chosen by PayDex. DexScreener prices its product in US dollars, so 3 SOL may be worth more or less than the checkout price on the day of purchase.
4. How the order is placed
DexScreener does not offer a public purchase API. The order is placed by the operator's separate payment system, outside this website. PayDex records what that system reports and shows it on the coin's page.
- If the payment system is not connected, a funded coin is shown as funded and on hold. It is not shown as paid.
- A coin is shown as paid only after the payment system reports a successful payment and DexScreener's public order lookup shows the coin's token profile order as approved.
- If a payment attempt ends without a clear result, it is checked by hand before anything is retried, so that a coin is not paid for twice.
- DexScreener reviews orders itself and states that processing can take up to 12 hours. PayDex does not control whether or when DexScreener approves an order.
5. Surplus above 3 SOL
Fees that a coin earns beyond its 3 SOL stay recorded in that coin's ledger and are shown as surplus on its page.
No use of surplus has been defined. PayDex has no withdrawal, payout or spending feature for it, and the site does not move it or assign it to anyone. If a policy for surplus is adopted, it will be published on this page before it takes effect.
6. Launch costs and refunds
- You see the full deposit amount and accept it before a deposit address is created.
- The deposit pays Solana and Pump.fun network costs, your optional initial buy, and the PayDex service fee if one is shown at review.
- SOL the launch does not spend is returned to the wallet you entered, except 0.003 SOL that stays in the launch wallet to pay network fees for later transfers of the coin's fees to the vault.
- You can cancel before creation starts. Deposits that arrive for a cancelled or expired launch are sent back to the wallet you entered, less the Solana transaction fee.
- The refund wallet is fixed when the launch is prepared and cannot be changed.
7. What PayDex does not promise
- That a coin will earn 3 SOL in fees.
- That DexScreener will approve an order, or how long approval takes.
- Anything about a coin's price or trading. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
PayDex is not affiliated with Pump.fun or DexScreener.
